Tina Scrudato

About the Blogger: Tina moved to Amelia Island, Florida in 1990 with her family from New Jersey. She is a 2001 graduate of the University of Florida with a B.S. in Public Relations. Today Tina is a real estate professional, working with her partner and mother Grace Lipman for CENTURY 21 John T. Ferreira and Son. They specialize in ocean-front, golf communities and resort properties. As the current President-elect for the Amelia Island Nassau County Association of REALTORS, Tina is following her mother's footsteps as Grace was the President of AINCAR in 2004. Tina treasures the relationships that she builds by meeting people who are new to the area. She enjoys working out, playing tennis and taking her dog to the beach.
